Orders and Installation

Orders require a deposit to initiate manufacturing. Installation timelines vary based on location, season, and product availability. We will communicate estimated timelines when you place your order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of deposit for a full refund. After 72 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of manufacturing.

Limitation of Liability

Pacific Metal Buildings is not liable for damages resulting from improper site preparation, failure to obtain required permits, or use of the building beyond its designed specifications.
